Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting Main Contractors on site, checking if contracts ready to proceed, liason with the Ceramic tillers, with regards to progress, materials and quality, issuing drawings.
• Snagging Ceramic tilers work.
• Producing a hand over process and de- snag prior to main contractors snag.
• Keeping material tidy, safe, tools, cutters pallet trucks locked.
• Counting /recy/ measure material requirements and stocks on site and order in time with office.
• Assisting with estimating/repricing as required/obtaining Variations from main contractor.
• Preparation of Site Safety plans, liaising with Health & Safety Consultant as req.
• Site visits to include pre contract meetings, meeting operatives on site to start projects and meet to check on progress.
• Attendance at final account meetings with Managing Director.
• General Office duties in line with smooth running of projects.
