Job Description
ConTrust UK are looking for a Contracts Manager with a strong Tiling background for a permanent position based in London and Surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Main Contractors on site, checking if contracts ready to proceed, liason with the Ceramic tillers, with regards to progress, materials and quality, issuing drawings.
- Snagging Ceramic tilers work.
- Producing a hand over process and de- snag prior to main contractors snag.
- Keeping material tidy, safe, tools, cutters pallet trucks locked.
- Counting /recy/ measure material requirements and stocks on site and order in time with office.
- Assisting with estimating/repricing as required/obtaining Variations from main contractor.
- Preparation of Site Safety plans, liaising with Health & Safety Consultant as req.
- Site visits to include pre contract meetings, meeting operatives on site to start projects and meet to check on progress.
- Attendance at final account meetings with M Director.
- General Office duties in line with smooth running of projects.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
Must have a strong Tiling background/experience.
