ConTrust are a Specialist Construction Recruitment Company based in Kings Hill, West Malling. We are a fun, ambitious, highly motivated, small, tight-knit team with solid growth plans to take the company globally in the coming years.

We have smashed industry records in our first and second year and now looking to add senior-level consultants to join our following contract divisions:

  • Trades - UK
  • M&E / Data Centre - UK & Europe
  • Freelance Management - UK & Europe

Your Responsibilities:

  •  Build key relationships with existing and new clients over the telephone and face-to-face.
  • Win new Business
  • Owning, managing, and growing your division out further
  • Being involved with all processes from a focal point of contact perspective to ensure maximum deals
  • Establish the company’s goals and objectives
  • Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals
  • weekly, monthly, and quarterly monitoring of KPIs & SLT meetings

What we require from you:

  • Strong personal billings
  • Previous experience building large contract/perm books
  • Can demonstrate excellent Business Development experience
  • A huge desire to win and be the best and what you do
