ConTrust are looking for a Recruimtne Resourcer/Delivery Consultant to join our team in Kings Hill.

As a 180/Delivery consultant, your role would be to help candidates secure their next career move and manage them through the job process. You will be part of a fast-paced team and play a key role in the division's growth, with a clear progression path to a leadership role.

The Role of a Delivery Consultant:

  • Responsible for sourcing all level Fire Protection candidates for our clients across the UK & Europe
  • Completing our full on-boarding process and qualifying all new candidates - reference calls, compliance checks, etc
  • Checking-in with your candidates weekly
  • Doing regular visits to see our candidates and clients on site
  • Building pools of candidates for current and upcoming projects
  • Providing availability lists

  • Minimum 12 months experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service roles
  • deally, experience and understanding of the Construction industry
